Uche and Emma were welcoming, friendly & professional and very approachable, helpful and I was kept informed at all times. They really put me down at ease. After the eye test I've chosen my second pair of specs and I can collect them in a week's time! Excellent customer service.

The test for which uses puffs of air into the eye was impossible to execute for the second time in three years. It was only achieved when a different person gave me some warning and this helped immensely. It is a horrible test, and it helps to have a rough countdown. It would be good to have some brighter frames in jade green, burgundy, more patterns, and less heavy black.

I was seen by four different members of staff at the Chichester branch and each were helpful and personable. I was particularly impressed by Lawrence (I'm afraid I don't know his surname) who helped to sort out a mix up that had occurred with my contact lens reward scheme. Thank you all.
