I was incredibly impressed with my entire experience at Boots Opticians, Chichester. All staff were very friendly and my Optometrist and Assistant were both very thorough and answered all my questions patiently and comprehensively. I felt confident in the knowledge of the staff and was made to feel very comfortable. I was very happy and will definitely recommend! In comparison to another Optician I went to recently (a competitor), I noticed a vast difference in the professionalism, knowledge and confidence of all staff - Boots are a clear winner!

I had booked an appointment by telephone and when I arrived there was no record of it however someone cancelled so I was able to take up that appointment. I would have been very annoyed had the cancellation not been so timely.
