Both my children were seen. All staff were friendly and helpful. The optician took time to talk and explain things throughout the appointment. The optician took time to follow up a previous enquiry and made notes of her findings so that it is on the records for future appointments. Lovely service.

Emilie looked after me very well. As this will be my first pair of varifocal glasses she explained the different grades of lenses and protections and was very helpful in helping me narrow down the frames to just 2 pairs. At that point, when I couldn't decide she called another staff member for a second opinion. I felt well cared for and that I was valued as a customer with no pressure or need to rush.
