I don't like the air puff test at all & know I don't do it well as it really irritates my eyes. I did feel the girl doing the test was getting fed up with me and the optician who asked her to do it again. I also did feel a bit pressurised over deciding whether to have contact lenses this time. These are not complaints as such, just a remark over customer service skills, customer services being the industry I have worked in for over 20 years.
