The people that I saw during the whole process were Hannah who did the initial tests and told you what was going to happen and when and was very precise. I then saw Helen the option who was very precise and because we could not get a good result, I was asked to come back in a week as I had dry eye, on the retest all went well thanks to her knowledge. I then saw Ola and we went through the process of picking the glasses and then the lenses and pricing. When I came back to collect my glasses I saw Janet who was very precise in the fitting and making sure that they sat right. The whole process from start to finish was very relaxed and not rushed, each step took as long as it took to get the best result, the customer came first.
