Some support staff appeared to be drifting about rather aimlessly, although Lawrence who did my pre ophthalmic check was very professional, friendly and efficient. So he gets top marks in my opinion. However, nil points with my records being totally intermingled with other patients, resulting in the optician having various bits of paper in front of her which weren't mine, so the first 10 minutes in the chair were a shambles. Maybe support staff need to concentrate more when they're filing.
