I had an appointment with Rav on Sunday, she was very professional and gave a clear recommendation. She reassured me about the health of my eyes, and discussed with me any concerns I had. Joanne helped me to choose my glasses, she was very informative and professional.

The only down side was that I had booked my appointment on line but it had not showed up on the branch system when I arrived. The staff were very accommodating and slotted the appointment in for me.

I made the appointment for myself and son. Unfortunately I made it 4 weeks early and my son should only make an appointment next year. It is a complete farce. Why did no one told me when I made the appointments? In the end I went to Specsavers. I have been a boots optician customer of many years standing but this is a complete shambles.
