I always used to use boots for tests and spectacles but the last time I went I was far from impressed. I went to Spes Savers instead the next time. I decided to come back as in fairness I have never had a problem with my glasses and someone I know had had problems with theirs from Spec Savers. I am so pleased I returned as I could not fault the service I had. The staff I had contact with could not have been more pleasant or helpful and I wasn't kept waiting for no apparent reason as I was the previous time. I have not got the new glasses yet so I hope I am not disappointed. Sandra Clark

It was very rushed, haven't been explained properly if my eye sight got worse or not.

The clinic was running approximately 20 mins late, which we were advised of after the initial eye checks. Being kept up to date and the reason for the delay was greatly appreciated. Particularly as this has not been the case on previous appointments.
