The overall waiting time was terrible on Sunday (19th February). Arrived at 11.40am for a 11.45am appointment. I was expecting to be seen on time but a few minutes after would have been good. I got called to have some eye tests carried out at 12.25 but not all of them as I still had my contact lenses in waiting for my C/L appointment. Waited until 12.50pm to be seen for my contact lenses for 15 minutes. Then waited around for until 1.30 for the rest of the eye tests to be completed. So overall it took me 2 hours for a couple of eye checks. The staff are great but the waiting times are shocking and this happens each year I have my eyes tested. Change this and it will be improve dramatically!
