I was impressed by the effort the team went to to sort out why my glasses I had recently purchased weren't working properly (poor vision out of 1 eye), after a retest and a change in prescription I am now waiting for the replacement glasses. While I was not happy with receiving glasses I couldn't use very well, the level of detail on the re examination was very good and I am now hoping my new glasses when the arrive will be fine
