Kept waiting 15 mins and wasn't until I asked how much longer I had to wait that I was then seen. The initial tests were done both before and after my appointment instead of all being done before I saw the optometrist. I found very little way of explanation throughout the examination and it was only when I asked questions that the optometrist spoke to me. The young gentleman who helped me select my glasses was very helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name and it is not on my receipt. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing and my different options.
