All staff were friendly and helpful. Each test was carried out carefully and recorded immediately. I then had a very thorough search for new glasses helped by Ben who was patient and truthful about what suited me when I asked for his advice. All details were explained about my choices with no pressure to buy. Have been told I will be contacted when my glasses are ready to arrange an appointment to fit them.
