The staff on arrival were friendly and attentive. The assistants doing the pre eye tests were efficient and friendly. Mrs Bland the optician was friendly and very professional and gave me good advice regarding my eyesight. The eye test was very thorough and gave me confidence to choose the right glasses. Ben Sly customer assistant gave me 1st class service. He helped me choose the right frames and explained all my options regarding lenses in order that they reflected my lifestyle and budget. I would recommend Boots optician to my friends and have confidence to return for regular check ups in order to preserve my eyesight.
