Already a contact lens user. Saw an optician 2 weeks ago as right eye painful, did not have an appointment but was pleasantly surprised as to how helpful all the staff were & arranged for me to see an optician in about 10 mins. He spent a long time checking my eye & then called another optician in to confirm his findings. They arranged a follow up appointment to ensure everything was alright - which it was. Would highly recommend as nothing seemed to be too much bother for them

I was seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was friendly and efficient. It was a very good experience , and one I would recommend to others.
