All staff were helpful and explained each step-there was a smooth transition from preliminary eye tests, to seeing optician and then choosing frames. Very helpful helping with choice of glasses-magnified mirror helped! Was impressed that a colleague cross checked the order to avoid unnecessary errors.

Good opticians but unfortunately let down by Boots head office when contact lenses and solutions are discontinued and patients not informed until going for a check up.
