After initially losing my records from my eye test a month ago, the team did their best to find them and eventually contacted me to schedule a replacement test when they couldn't be located. Along with providing me with a very thorough eye test, the doctor was also extremely helpful and patient with a form I needed filled out to get my US drivers license renewed. She was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed at the willingness of the entire team to right the original wrong and go above and beyond.

My optometrist's name is Helen and I would like to recommend her most highly. Helen was effective, efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. It was a trouble free and painless experience! She was a good listener and responded most efficiently and promptly to any queries or requests. Coupled with the above, Helen was really kind and caring. A lovely person and a great optometrist. I wish to thank her for redressing my previous experience of Boots Opticians Canterbury. Well done and congratulations. Huge thank you. Much appreciated.

I am totally satisfied with Boots Optician. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Tiffany who I see is excellent and has been extremely helpful with a problem I have had with my right eye. She recommended me for a hospital appointment and the subsequent hospital treatment has improved my eye tremendously. There is no one else I would want to look after my eyes. Rob who helped me choose new glasses was most helpful and friendly and ready to give me advice which I appreciated. A visit to Boots Opticians in Canterbury is always a pleasurable and helpful experience. I recommend them wholeheartedly to my friends.
