Canterbury Branch Staff - The optometrist (Tiffany) was extremely professional - took great care and nothing was too much trouble in dealing with questions raised. Outstanding service - thank you, Tiffany!! :) The dispensing optician (Helen) had a lovely manner - was soooooo patient as I am an extremely discerning customer in my choice of frames (3 + sunglasses!!!!) - again, nothing was too much trouble for her. Outstanding service - thank you, Helen!! :) The 'bouquets' have been dispensed...yes, there is a 'brickbat' that Ben (Assistant Manager) has had to address - but, well done to him, hopefully it is sorted!! :)
