We will not be returning to Boots opticians again. My wife wanted to just change her lens with new prescription in to her expensive frames which she loved. Flexibility in price only if you buy yet more frames. This I feel is unfair to a pensioner when it is a necessity. I feel not having the 25% reduction for lens only is a con as I had bought two pairs of expenses frames two years ago which were still fine I feel Boots is encouraging us to buy more frames. I asked for some form of reduction which i believe was fair but none at all was offered so you have lost two customers. I would be happy to discuss this further with customer relations. number enclosed below
