My daughter is 17 years old she went with her sister who's 20 as she came in she was greeted by a lovely lady then the optician came out a man in his 30s called her name both of my daughters went to go in the room with him and he looked at my other daughter up and down and said " na you can't come in" my eldest daughter found that weird as my other daughter is 17 and we have always used boots and I have always gone in the room with them even with my husband. Then as she was in there he told her " what you even here for? You don't need glasses" she explained that she already has glasses that I bought from boots and she needs them because her eyes still hurt when doing her college work on her computer , he then said the reason she can't see is because of the glitter eyeshadow she wears then more or less told her she's wasting his time.
