Appointment was fine but admin at desk and on phone is less good. Have had glasses made up to wrong prescription Abd took three visits to sort, and have had postcards telling me I am due for appointments but then when I've gone to bake an appointment have been told not due. This was in the last year but doesn't apply to most recent appointment.
