After initially losing my records from my eye test a month ago, the team did their best to find them and eventually contacted me to schedule a replacement test when they couldn't be located. Along with providing me with a very thorough eye test, the doctor was also extremely helpful and patient with a form I needed filled out to get my US drivers license renewed. She was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed at the willingness of the entire team to right the original wrong and go above and beyond.
