The appointment started 15 minutes late due to the previous patient over running. Half way through my appointment a colleague of the optician disturbed the appointment as she required help and my eye examination was paused for a couple of minutes. Other than that the appointment was exactly what I expected and there were no other issues.

Darshini was amazing, really friendly and explained everything very well during the appointment. Her recommendation made perfect sense and I'm looking forward to trying the new lenses she suggested. My only negative observation is that my appointment started 20 minutes late.
