The visit was very pleasant due to the two Optometrists who checked my glasses and contact lenses eyesights. I missed my free check due to not booking the appointment within the validation time. As Boots regular optician customer, I would have expected Boots providing the compulsory 2-year check for free when this option is already given by the vouchers sent to the customers to remind us the required appointments.

I booked an appointment at my regular boots opticians a couple of months in advance, as I live away from my normal opticians I needed to book it for a time when I knew I was there. When I arrived they had cancelled my appointment without even calling me! I was left without faith in Boots opticians after that! I decided to book to see a new optician where I live now and was extremely doubtful as to whether they would be good. How wrong I was! Abi was so thorough and extremely helpful in achieving better eye health. I will definitely be returning!
