The online appointment booking site / page seemed to have a few delay issues and / or wasn't clear when I was completing it. I had a try a couple / 3 times before successful. It was a bit frustrating. The recommendation from the optometrist was not that clear .... occupational glasses .... never heard of them before. Is this bifocal? I think she also advised I needed long distance glasses i.e. 3 different prescriptions in total .... not completely sure. Anyway, I had another eye test a few weeks ago, from a different provider, & they recommended no change from what I currently have. I'm now not sure or confident if I really need any new glasses! Overall, I felt this branch & the service provided was much more impersonal & conveyor belt like than my usual Boots Opticians in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. On this occasion, I thought I'd try somewhere local to where I work instead, however, I will be going back to Rickmansworth next time or, perhaps, the different provider (Specsavers).
