My optometrist was friendly and efficient. She explained each part of the process and what each piece piece of equipment did, while asking questions about my lifestyle and it's impact on my eyes. Basically she made me feel that the health of my eyes and the optimisation of my vision was as important to her as it is to me. The guy who helped me choose the frame as also efficient and helpful, explaining options and potential benefits.
