I'd like to have been told what my glasses were being specifically used for and when to wear them, I'm still fairly new to glasses and bit confused if I'm long sighted or short sighted, if contact lenses are an option, or if I should be wearing all the time. This was explained to me today during my retest but not during my original appointment. The staff member Neil is amazing. Great customer care!
