I was told for the first time yesterday that I had a mole behind one of my eyes which had been evident for some time in previous visits. It had not grown or changed in size which is good but I was pleased to have been informed.
Appointment for 2.45 on a Saturday, arrived 2.30 straight in, clear explanation st all stages even though this was an annual check.
Not rushed but very efficient
I have seen Peter Gammage as my Optometrist for many years and he is brilliant.
The (trainee) dispensing optician Alishia(?) was simply SUPERB! Wonderfully bubbly, very informative and a joy to be served by her! Make sure you keep her when she qualifies - good staff are hard to find (and keep).
I like it at boots I just wish you didn't have to pay for you first three months of lenses up front and I also don't like the fact you withhold my prescription for contact lenses for three months I left me with the feeling that you didn't trust me to stay with you and that I might order online. If you had confidence in your service this wouldn't be such an issue your end
I have a very high prescription and so have specific requirements relating to the level of vision my contact lenses can provide. Michael clearly understood this and demonstrated the different options so I could make an informed choice
