My only problem was booking the appointment. The Boots system was not working properly and I was told to do it online myself and that I would be able to specify online who I wanted to see. This was not in fact the case. When you book an appointment there is no box for any narrative.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Can't think of anything that needed improvement except the small waiting area upstairs was very busy and there was not enough chairs for everyone, however my appointment was at the start of half term.

It should be possible to always get the pre-check before the meeting the Optometrist. I have booked appointment for myself and for my spouse and she get pre-check only after she meet Optometrist, so at the end she is not 100% sure if Optometrist get the chance to see all the test results (including retina scan). Besides this one particular issue, an eye check was managed perfectly.
