Kay, my optical assistant at the Westwood Cross branch of Boots, was extremely lovely, she always greets me with a smile, and a positive attitude. Consistently providing top quality customer service, she goes out of her way to resolve any issues I have regarding my prescription with them. She recently encouraged me to try contact lenses and I haven't looked back since.

Very easy to book, very clear information received for both my husband and I. My 3 year old son was given a 'Taster' session at no extra cost which will make the formal appointment easier for him at a later stage. Advice on glasses was fair and I was under no pressure to buy the more expensive brands. Very pleased overall with the service - that's why I use boot :)
