Share review of Boots Opticians Broadstairs
Good communication - every step of the appointment was explained. The optician was clearly very professional . I was not rushed through the actual eye exam like I was at my previous opticians.
My current spectacles were damaged which I pointed out to staff - yes I know they were from another opticians but as good customer care it would have been nice if someone had offered to have a look at them to see if a temp fix could be made until my new specs from Boots could be supplied.
I tried to use my double points voucher but was told I could only use it in the main part in the store ?!
That was disappointing.
Generally though I was impressed with the appointment and the support in choosing my new specs. I am looking forward to receiving them in a weeks time.
