Really friendly, polite and helpful staff throughout the entire process. Made me feel at ease and gave helpful advice without pushing anything. Everything was explained clearly and I am very happy with the glasses I purchased and will be using Boots for all my future eye tests and glasses purchases as I felt truly looked after.
