I had to wait 20 min and no one explained the reason for the delay. Until I came to enquire whereupon I was told I would have to wait another 15 min as one of the patients was late hence the delay. If a patient is so late then sorry the policy should be that they need to reschedule. A 35 min wait is truly unacceptable if I am on time.
