The optometrist (Rajvi), clinic staff and the contact lens clinician in session that day were very friendly, approachable and answered all my questions with in-depth answers and helped me feel at ease with all the different tests. I got the impression that the clinic was running like clockwork. The appointments were all very easily made. The optometrist offered to make an appointment with the contact lens clinician the same day. It was my first time trying contact lenses, but clinician was extremely patient with me and my strong blink reflex! He guided me through the lesson for longer than I would have expected, which helped me leave the clinic wearing the lenses all the way home. I was pleased to have been given such honest and detailed explanations for everything, including the options for the glasses I ordered.
