Staff are always amazingly helpful and polite. The Optometrist ANEESH PATEL (Boots, Brent Cross) is absolutely wonderful and the most patient of people - I was particularly appreciative as he interrupted his lunch to see me as I was running extremely late for my appointment as was feeling unwell (I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes so sight has been very changeable). Aneesh always there with a smile. I'd like to thank him. Jeanette Critchlow
