After using boots opticians for many years...today was an absolutely disastrous appointment. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say for this visit!!! And I am looking to go somewhere else!!! Even when I expressed how unhappy I was to a member of the staff and I did see her approaching the manager. The manager just decided to ignore it all. She was however more interested on why someone who cancel the appointment because of the tragic @what stage he abandoned driving to Bc and returned home. I actually can't believe how all went so wrong! I am going to stop now but there was so much more...
