Front desk staff were very friendly and explained the reasons for the tests they performed before seeing the optometrist. The optometrist was very efficient carrying out all the checks and again explained what each test was to achieve.

I was looked after really well by both Natalie and the Optician Reenal. Couldnt fault them. Its why I come back here!! Totally impartial - if you dont need a change of prescription they dont try and sell you new glasses.

Not a clear explanation in layman's terms. Seem more interested in trying to sell the most expensive option. Had to be asked to give a breakdown of the price which wasn't explained very well.
