I came into the practice at 5:30 this evening for the very first time, as a potential customer. The door was open and there were people in there. I entered and started chatting to a man who aknowledged my presence. I then asked "Where are the mens frames?" Another person in the shop, who was obviously a female member of staff, Said to me quite bluntly, "We are closed." I replied, "But the door is open" The member of staff then said, again quite bluntly, "Because we are going" It was obvious to me then that it was only the staff team in the shop and they were just closing up. I felt quite embarrassed anf humiliated to be spoken to like that in front of other people, whether they be staff or customers.
