I received a warm friendly welcome, put at ease and felt very comfortable. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the procedures and outcomes in an interesting and informative way. I was then helped to choose appropriate frames and other variants and options were explained clearly. The staff are a fabulous team.
