I was very impressed with the optician (Reenal Ria) and the quality of service provided by the other staff. I was particularly pleased that they arranged for the retrospective completion of a form to permit me to claim the cost of the eye test and glasses back from my employer. My only suggestion for improvement would be the provision of air conditioning within the branch. It was stiflingly hot on the days that I visited, although the room where the eye test was undertaken was cooler.
