Had to have emergency eye examination without an appointment. Was fitted in straight away. The whole process was excellent. Everyone who dealt with me explained to me what they were testing for in a very professional and friendly manner. I am very happy with the service I received throughout the whole process. Can't thank them enough.

Part of the eye test confused me and when I asked for clarity I did not get it but merely a repeat of the original question. I wish I had pursued it. When I collected my glasses I could tell immediately that something was wrong. I am having a retest next week but I suspect my prescription is not accurate. I am waiting to see what happens next.
