I can't speak more highly of the treatment i have received at boots. The optometrist 'Gags' was polite, friendly, extremely helpful, explained everything very clearly checking my understanding, showed me photographs and fully explained these. Asked me if i had any further questions. What is even more pleasing is that i have seen 2 other optometrists in the past 6 months both of whom were also lovely. Helped me find solutions to my vision problems during the healing process after recent surgery. One optometrist even spotted an issue with my other eye that the hospital had missed. Which resulted in further hospital treatment and a return to full vision. Thank you all so much. A very happy customer.

I wear contact lenses and over the last couple of years have changed lenses a couple of times. The staff at Bedford Harpur Centre have been extremely helpful and have taken extreme care to make sure I got what I wanted and what was appropriate for my needs.

All staff contacted were very courteous and the Optometrist, Priya Dave, was especially helpful. She took time to explain the results of my test and the implications of further treatment. This is my second consultation with her and she has impressed on both occasions. Her explanation was much clearer than that received recently from a hospital consultant.

At first i was told that my glasses could not be adjusted as they would break, so the salesman then got his boss to do it who had no problem adjusting them.

Seen quickly, but with care, the optician was friendly and answered all the questions I had clearly and in layman terms. The testing process was through but it gets confusing when choosing glasses and the add on's which very quickly double the price of the glasses on display. Very confusing for the elderly ....
