I had a voucher which i had forgotten to take with me. I told them about it on arrival but they wouldn't honour it. I declined to have the test as i didn't have my wallet with me.

i had an appointment to check on my problem with bloodshot eyes, i had purchased new specs in january, however the eye problem was vert dry and blocked glands, i cannot remember the optromietists name , but was really helpful and found the problem, my appt was monday the 13th march at 9.15,am. the staff are always very proffesional and polite, sl thank you all.

Staff unwilling to assist with keeping current frames

I have been attending the optician at Boots for many years and have always found the staff helpful, caring and professional. I have been referred to Bedford eye clinic on a couple of occasions for further assessment as a result of my regular eye checks. Staff always explain everything clearly.
