I was not impressed when I went to pick up my glasses. I couldn't see clearly through them. It was so bad I have had to have another consultation with an optometrist. This is not on as I have waited 2 weeks for my glasses and now I've got to start again.

The practice was running behind, however the assistant manager, i think her name was Sharon did keep me updated and therefore i was quite happy to wait. However she seemed very stressed out and was bossing her staff around, i could tell that her staff was not so happy to be working there. But overall all staff were lovely and very proffessional.
