The service was great as the appointment was easy to schedule online and was confirmed by email. The appointment started at the appointed time and care was taken during the examination. The optometrist identified a slight eye problem which hadn't been identified previously by another optometrist working for another company, and recommended returning in 6 months to review the problem. Following the examination two pairs of glasses were required and this process was easy and not rushed.

Very good appointment. Optometrist discussed the results of the tests and showed me the eye pictures, explaining them. I was given the opportunity to ask any questions throughout the appointment. Thank you!
