My Optometrit was Mrs Lazenby, I now have the best contact lens vision I have ever had. Mrs Lazenby seemed determined in providing a top quality service as did all the staff I encountered during my several visits. Historically I have avoided high street Opticians but I am totally satisfied with my experience of Boots Bedford.

nothing to be improved, the team were very courteous and professionally, especially MISS GAGANDEEP MATHARU and KAREN. This was my first eye test by MISS MATHARU(she was recommended to me by my husband) and i found her absolutely lovely, she explained everything, nothing was too much trouble, i would also say the same for KAREN, I have seen KAREN many times,( which includes my husband). karen was recommended to us by a friend, who thought she gave outstanding service, so on our many visits for a eye test, we all always requested her, as we all so found her a credit to Boots.

Miss Gagandeep was very professional and clear in her recommendations. She is a big credit to Boots. I would definitely be seeing her next time. I must say that I found the entire team welcoming and helpful especially Derick and Laura. I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses.
