Care was good but follow up of getting the new glasses was an absolute disaster taking 11 weeks in total from the original ordering. It was me that has to chase from progress and overall support was at best poor as I waited and waited for both pairs of glasses. I accept that problems happen sometimes but regular updates should be par for the course. At every turn there was a problem The one saving grace was from the person who eventual provided me with the glasses. She was a credit to the team the way she managed what has been poor quality service up to that point
