Staff very friendly and patent the young lady help me chose a frame that suited me I am very pleased with boots and I would not go anywhere else boots is number one in my estermstion thank you boots

Only complaint not enough staff .you have to wait and can be up to 20/30 mins even though you have an appointment but when served the service is good never rushed
