The experience would have been A1 if boots can sort out their appointments system. Damn it's hard work. The online system is rubbish, you want an appointment at a specific store, you don't want to be driving across the county for appointments so why is it that if there isn't an appointment available for the time and date you request does it not give you options for other days and times? No it just gives you other stores and then when you hit the back button to change your date so you can see if there is an appointment AT THE STORE YOU WANT the system loses your info and you have to complete again. EXTREMELY PAINFUL process, so I resorted to going in store - however, although the staff were as helpful as possible making the appointment took over 20 minutes because boots have a 'new' sytstem!! Clearly it isn't that great a system if it takes staff that long to make appointments. Cannot fault the actual appointment when you finally get one. I think boots are missing a trick with their appointments system - IT HAS TO BE IMPROVED.
