I absolutely cannot fault the service at Boots Opticians. I booked my initial appointment online (the only downside, it would be much easier to see a list of appointments available rather than going back and forth entering different dates). The Optometrist was really friendly and helpful, answered all my eye related questions. The service of the lady that helped me choose my glasses was wonderful, she had such patience whilst I pondered over various glasses for my rather large head. Upon collection of my new glasses, I spoke with another lady, who was just as lovely. She accurately adjusted the glasses to fit me well whilst we had good conversation. Unfortunately after a few days/a week of wearing my new glasses, my eyes weren't adjusting as I expected them to so I gave Boots a call and they asked me to pop in. They checked that the glasses were made to the prescription but as I was experiencing some discomfort they booked me in with the Optometrist again to double check. Second Optomestrist was great, she had a good look at the back of my eyes so I'm quite sure all is okay with them! She got a slightly different prescription, it was no fault of theirs but rather I found the difference so fine on the tilt that I struggled to pick the right one. They sent of my glasses to get corrected and I've picked them up today. So far, so good! The service is so good, they might all know me by now but a great team!
