I made my appointment online for myself and my husband a month before the appointment - unfortunately it only logged my husbands appointment and when I asked why mine was wiped I was told "that system never works!"
I asked to speak to the manager and thankfully Craig was able to get my appointment re booked, and apologied that I was told it doesn't work.
I had a very professional and courteous service - we both brought two pairs of glasses and came out feeling happy.
